Garlic Marinated Grilled Swordfish
Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 swordfish steaks
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 slices lemon, for garnish
Instructions
1
To prepare the marinade, combine wine, lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper in a glass baking dish until everything is well incorporated.
2
Place swordfish steaks in the marinade and gently rotate them to ensure they are evenly coated. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
3
Heat up an outdoor grill to its highest temperature setting and lightly brush the grill grates with oil.
4
Cook swordfish steaks on the preheated grill for 5 to 6 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and flake easily with a fork. Remove the swordfish from the marinade before serving; discard any remaining liquid.
5
To check if the swordfish is cooked, insert an instant-read thermometer into the center of each steak; it should read at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
6
Finally, garnish the swordfish steaks with parsley and serve them with lemon wedges on the side.
