- 6 peeled and deveined jumbo shrimp, tail still attached
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon seafood seasoning, such as Old Bay™
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Preheat your oven to a high temperature of 450 degrees Fahrenheit or 230 degrees Celsius.

Take a baking dish that is safe for oven use and arrange the halibut, scallops, and shrimp in a single layer.

Pour a small amount of wine over the seafood, followed by melted butter and fresh lemon juice. Add some minced garlic on top for extra flavor.
