Introduce the garlic into the mixture and cook for a mere 30 seconds, allowing its flavor to meld. Next, add the broccoli rice, salt, and pepper to the skillet, stirring well to combine. Gradually decrease the heat to a low setting and cook, with the lid covering the skillet, until the broccoli has become tender and soft, roughly 5 minutes elapse. Finally, drizzle a squeeze of lemon juice over the top.
