- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup quinoa

Heat the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat, allowing it to melt and come into contact with the pan.

Next, cook the garlic in the melted butter until it reaches a light golden color and has developed a nutty aroma, approximately 5 minutes.

Subsequently, add the chicken broth to the saucepan and stir in the quinoa.

Continue cooking until a boil is reached, then decrease the heat to low and cover the saucepan.

Simmer the mixture for 15 minutes, or until all the liquid has been absorbed and the quinoa is tender.

Finally, take the saucepan off the heat source and allow it to rest for 5 minutes before using a fork to gently fluff the cooked quinoa.
