Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds salmon fillet
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 sprig fresh dill, chopped
- 5 slices lemon
- 5 sprigs fresh dill weed
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
1
Preheat your oven to a high temperature of 450 degrees Fahrenheit (230 degrees Celsius).
2
Prepare the baking space by spraying two large sheets of aluminum foil with cooking spray.
3
Position a salmon fillet on top of one sheet of the prepared foil, taking care to cover it evenly.
4
Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste, along with some minced garlic for extra flavor, and sprinkle chopped fresh dill on top of the fillet.
5
Arrange slices of lemon on top of the salmon, placing a sprig of dill on each slice for added aroma.
6
Sprinkle chopped scallions over the salmon fillet to complete the seasoning process.
7
Cover the salmon with the second sheet of foil, pinching it tightly together to create a sealed package.
8
Place the packaged salmon on a baking sheet or in a large, shallow dish to allow for even cooking.
9
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
