- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch

Heat 1/4 cup of water in a saucepan over medium heat until it reaches boiling point.

Introduce garlic and garlic powder into the mixture; continue to cook until most of the water has evaporated, approximately 5 minutes.
