Ingredients
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of broccoli soup
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can milk
- 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth
- 6 fresh button mushrooms
- 2 lemons, quartered and seeded

Heat the soup in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally until it reaches the desired temperature. Set the soup aside to keep warm.

In a separate bowl, coat the chicken with bread crumbs by pressing them firmly onto the meat to ensure an even coating.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place the coated chicken in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, drizzling it with oil and sprinkling chopped garlic over the top.

Combine the soup mixture with chicken broth, stirring until well combined. Pour this mixture all over the chicken in the baking dish.

Sprinkle sliced mushrooms over the top of the chicken, followed by a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
