- 1 cup chopped leeks, white part only
- 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon low-sodium seasoned salt
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Insert the potatoes into a steamer basket, positioning them in a pan filled with water. Ensure that the water level is below the base of the steamer basket to prevent overflow. Cover the pan with a lid.

Bring the water to a rolling boil, then gradually decrease the heat and allow the potatoes to cook until they are soft and tender, taking approximately 20-25 minutes.

Once cooked, remove the pan from the heat source.

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Introduce sliced leeks into the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until they become tender and lose their crispiness, taking around 7 minutes.

Add a handful of chopped parsley to the skillet and stir in some seasoned salt, blending the ingredients together.
