- 1 large zucchini, very thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Prepare the outdoor grill by turning the heat to a medium-high setting. Lightly coat a 9x12-inch foil pan with cooking spray for easy food release.

Combine softened butter and minced garlic in a bowl, blending until smooth.

Arrange zucchini slices side by side in the prepared pan, overlapping if required to ensure even coverage. Brush a generous amount of garlic butter onto each slice and sprinkle with shaved Parmesan cheese.

Position the pan on the preheated grill and cook for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the zucchini is tender.
