  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 (6 ounce) cans artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1/2 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked 9 inch pie crust
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (8 ounce) package mozzarella cheese, shredded

Firstly, preheat your oven to a moderate temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).

Next, heat a generous amount of olive oil in a large cooking vessel over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic in the hot oil until it starts to develop a rich, caramelized flavor.

Add canned artichoke hearts to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, for a period of 10 minutes. This will allow the artichokes to absorb the flavors and become tender.
