Ingredients
- 4 tilapia fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Creole seasoning, or to taste
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
Instructions
1
Preheat your oven to a high temperature of 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees Celsius).
2
Next, take the tilapia fillets and give them a good coating of oil on both sides. Add a pinch of Creole seasoning to suit your taste, and place the fillets in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
3
Then, pop the tilapia into the preheated oven and let it cook until the flesh is no longer see-through, and you can easily break it apart with a fork. This should take around 10 minutes.
4
Simultaneously, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic to the saucepan and let it cook until the aroma becomes milder, about 2 minutes. Stir in the Alfredo sauce and bring it to a gentle simmer. Reduce the heat to low, and keep the sauce warm until the fish is done. Pour the warm Alfredo sauce over the cooked tilapia to serve. If desired, sprinkle some extra Creole seasoning on top for added flavor.
