Ingredients
- 1 cup Amish Friendship Bread Starter
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup white sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup peeled, cored and chopped apple
- 1 cup raisins
Instructions
1
Preheat your oven to a moderate temperature of three hundred twenty-five degrees Fahrenheit, which is equivalent to one sixty-five degrees Celsius.
2
Next, take a moment to lubricate three long, rectangular baking containers with a generous amount of grease.
3
In a separate container, combine the starter culture and stir in a small quantity of oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until they are well combined.
4
In a separate bowl, whisk together three distinct dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, baking powder, instant pudding mix, and ground cinnamon. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the starter mixture, using a manual mixing motion.
5
Introduce the chopped pecans, dried raisins, and diced apples to the batter, mixing them in until they are evenly distributed.
6
Carefully pour the prepared batter into the three prepared loaf pans.
7
Then, place the baking containers in the preheated oven and bake for one hour.
