- 1/2 pound pork tenderloin, cut into thin strips
- 1 cup water
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 1/2 cube beef bouillon, crumbled
- 1 (16 ounce) jar sauerkraut

Preheat the skillet over medium heat, and melt the margarine. Sear the onion, red bell pepper, and garlic until they are soft and fragrant. Add a pinch of paprika, caraway seed, and marjoram to enhance the flavors. Introduce the pork strips into the skillet, and cook for 5 minutes, until they are lightly browned. Combine water and tomato paste in the skillet, then add a dash of bouillon to boost the flavors. Continue cooking for 10 minutes.

Combine sauerkraut into the skillet, and continue cooking for another 10 minutes, until the pork is fully cooked and the sauerkraut has reached a warm temperature.
