Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and brush it with the remaining oil. Using approximately one-eighth of the total batter, which is roughly 1/4 cup, pour a small amount into the pan. Gently tilt the pan to ensure the batter evenly coats the entire surface of the skillet. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes on each side, or until it reaches a golden brown color. Remove the cooked crêpe to a plate and repeat the process for the remaining batter.
