  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs

Combine ground pork, milk, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, whole cloves, allspice, salt, and pepper in a substantial saucepan over medium heat. Simmer for approximately 1 hour, stirring occasionally to prevent burning. Introduce bread crumbs into the mixture and continue cooking for an additional 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed. Transfer the prepared dish to a compact container for refrigeration.
