Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 8 Roma tomatoes, sliced
- 2 (12 inch) pre-baked pizza crusts
- 8 ounces shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 4 ounces shredded Fontina cheese
- 10 fresh basil leaves, washed, dried
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
1
Combine olive oil, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Mix well with the tomatoes until they are evenly coated. Allow the mixture to rest for 15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
2
Next, preheat your oven to a high temperature of 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
3
Now, take each pizza crust and brush it lightly with some of the tomato marinade. Spread the marinade evenly to coat the crust, making sure not to overdo it.
4
Sprinkle Mozzarella and Fontina cheeses evenly over the crusts, making sure to cover them completely.
5
Add sliced tomatoes on top of the cheese layer, followed by a sprinkle of shredded basil, Parmesan, and feta cheese.
6
Place the pizzas in the preheated oven and bake until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden brown, taking around 10 minutes to achieve this.
