- 3 large baking potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1 large sweet onion, sliced
- 4 12x12-inch squares aluminum foil

Prepare the grill by heating it to a medium temperature, then lightly brush the grates with oil to prevent sticking.

Combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic, red pepper flakes, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large mixing container. Add diced potatoes and onions to the bowl, stirring until they are evenly coated with the sauce.

Lay out four squares of aluminum foil on a flat surface and give each one a light spray with cooking oil to prevent sticking. Divide the potato mixture among the four squares, then fold the foil over the potatoes and crimp the edges together to create a tight seal.
