- 4 (6 inch) corn tortillas
- 1 cup refried beans with green chilies
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup salsa

Preheat the skillet by heating oil over a moderate to high flame. Cook two tortillas simultaneously in the hot skillet until they become solid, but not brittle, approximately 30 seconds on each side.

Transfer the cooked tortillas to a paper towel-lined surface for draining excess moisture.

Adjust the heat level to medium and replenish oil if necessary. Introduce eggs into the skillet and cook until their outer layers become visible, roughly 1 minute.

Cover the skillet and lower the heat to a low setting, allowing the egg whites to solidify completely, around 4 minutes.

During this time, combine refried beans and butter in a microwave-safe container. Cover the dish and heat it on high for 1-minute intervals until hot.
