- 1 large egg
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 sprigs fresh basil, chopped
- 1 pinch garlic and herb seasoning blend (such as Mrs. Dash®), or to taste
- ground black pepper to taste

Preheat the grill to a medium heat setting, making sure it's hot before proceeding.

Apply a thin layer of oil to the grill grates, allowing them to heat evenly and preventing sticking.

In a bowl, combine ground turkey, finely chopped onion, almond flour, beaten egg, minced garlic, dried basil leaves, a blend of seasonings, and black pepper. Mix the ingredients together until they are well combined and evenly distributed.

Using your hands, shape the turkey mixture into 5 patties, approximately 1/3 cup of the mixture going into each one.

Place the turkey burgers on the preheated grill and cook for 7 to 10 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C), as indicated by an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of each patty.
