Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 2 cups brown basmati rice
- 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Combine water, brown rice, oil, and salt in the pressure cooker. Securely fasten the lid to prevent any accidental openings during cooking. Follow the manufacturer's guidelines for using the pressure cooker, choosing the Manual mode and High pressure setting. Set the timer according to the manufacturer's instructions for 25 minutes, allowing 10-15 minutes for the pressure to reach its peak.

Once the timer goes off, allow the pressure to release naturally, as instructed by the manufacturer, for approximately 10 minutes. Next, carefully open any remaining pressure by following the manufacturer's guidelines.

Once you've opened the lid, remove it carefully and unlock it. Then, use a fork or rice paddle to gently fluff the cooked brown rice.
