  • 1/2 cup minced onion
  • 6 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar

Melt oil and sauté the combination of peppers, onion, garlic in a large saucepan over high heat; cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
