- 1 (10 ounce) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 4 ounces feta cheese
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Heat up your outdoor grill to a medium-high temperature and lightly brush the grates with oil to prevent sticking.

Combine ground turkey, fresh spinach leaves, crumbled feta cheese, beaten eggs, and minced garlic in a large mixing bowl until everything is fully incorporated; shape the mixture into 8 uniform patties.

Place the patties on the preheated grill and cook for about 15 to 20 minutes, flipping them over halfway through the cooking time. Use a food thermometer to check the internal temperature of the patties; they should reach at least 165 degrees Fahrenheit (74 degrees Celsius) in the center.
