  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (such as Philadelphia®), softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (8 ounce) package phyllo dough
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup vegetable oil

Heat your oven to a high temperature of 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).

Lubricate a baking sheet with a thin layer of cooking spray.

Combine crumbled feta cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese, softened cream cheese, and beaten eggs in a mixing bowl.

Mix milk and oil together in a small container.

Apply the milk-oil mixture evenly to three sheets of phyllo dough and stack them on top of each other.

Spread a portion of the cheese mixture in a straight line along one edge of the dough. Roll up tightly to form a spiral shape, ensuring everything is well sealed.

Place the spiral-shaped pastry on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat this process with the remaining milk-oil mixture, phyllo dough, and cheese mixture.
