Combine milk and eggnog in a heat-resistant container, then subject to gentle warmth using the steaming device. Heat the mixture to a temperature range of 145 degrees Fahrenheit to 165 degrees Fahrenheit (65 degrees Celsius to 70 degrees Celsius) by adjusting the steam control.

Prepare a shot of espresso and pour it into a cup. Fill the mug with the steamed milk and eggnog mixture, using a utensil to temporarily contain the foam. Carefully pour the foam over the top of the drink, followed by a sprinkle of nutmeg on the surface of the foam.
