- 1 1/2 cups chopped celery
- 1 1/2 cups chopped, peeled apple
- 1 cup chopped pecans

Combine cranberries, sugar, and water in a saucepan; heat over medium temperature, stirring frequently, until the majority of berries have burst open, approximately 20 minutes.

Transfer saucepan to a cooler environment; dissolve gelatin into the cranberry mixture until it is fully incorporated; add celery, apple, and pecans to the blend. Pour the mixture into a 13x9-inch glass container.

Place the dish in the refrigerator until it has firmed up at its center, around 10 to 12 hours.
