Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 4 medium carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 head cabbage, shredded
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 5 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes

Preheat your cooking surface by warming olive oil in a skillet over an intermediate heat setting. Introduce the carrots and onion into the pan, gently tossing them as they start to lose their crispness, approximately 5 minutes pass. Introduce the cabbage into the mix along with a pinch of salt, pepper, cumin, and turmeric; continue to cook for an extended period of 15 to 20 minutes.

Next, add the potatoes into the skillet and lower the heat to a low setting, covering the pan with a lid. Allow the potatoes to become tender, taking around 20 minutes.
