  • 1 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn (such as Del Monte®, drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can cream-style corn (such as Del Monte®)
  • 1 (7.5 ounce) package corn bread mix (such as Jiffy®)
  • 1/4 cup margarine, melted
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream

Preheat your oven to a temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit (or 175 degrees Celsius, if you prefer metric).

In a spacious bowl, combine the whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, and cornbread mix. Stir until they are well-blended.

Melt the margarine in a microwave-safe container and then pour it into the bowl. Mix everything together thoroughly.

Next, incorporate the sour cream into the corn mixture until it reaches a smooth consistency.

Transfer the mixture to an 8-inch square baking dish.
