Combine the flour with the turkey fat using a whisking motion, stirring until it reaches a golden hue and develops a rich aroma, roughly 5 minutes.

Gradually blend the liquid extracted from the turkey drippings with the mixture of fat and flour; elevate the heat to a medium level and cook, stirring constantly, until the gravy reaches your preferred texture and consistency, typically 5-10 minutes.
