Ingredients
- 2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 (10 ounce) cans diced tomatoes with green chile peppers (such as RO*TELĀ®), undrained
- 1 (12 ounce) box quinoa
- 2 cups water
- 1 (1.25 ounce) package dry taco seasoning mix

Combine black beans, diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, quinoa, water, and taco seasoning in a rice cooker.

Prepare the ingredients by placing them together in the rice cooker.

Place the ingredients into the rice cooker and close the lid. Set the 'brown rice' option on the machine.

Allow the quinoa mixture to cook for approximately 1 hour.
