Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups hot mashed potatoes
- 4 ounces PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 1 cup beef gravy
Instructions
1
Preheat your oven to the optimal temperature of 375 degrees Fahrenheit or 190 degrees Celsius.
2
Brown the meat in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, combine diced potatoes, softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup of shredded cheese, and minced garlic in a bowl until you achieve a smooth consistency.
3
Drain the browned meat from the skillet and return it to the pan. Add your choice of vegetables and store-bought gravy, stirring until they're fully incorporated.
4
Spoon the meat mixture into a 9-inch square baking dish. Top it with a layer of the potato mixture and sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.
5
Bake the dish in your preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes, or until it reaches a heated through state.
