- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary, or more to taste
- 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper

Preheat your oven to a high temperature of 450 degrees Fahrenheit (230 degrees Celsius).

Mix together diced potatoes and chopped onion in a suitable roasting dish; generously drizzle with canola oil and olive oil.
