  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried cilantro

Preheat your oven to its highest temperature setting, which is 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). To make the baking process more efficient, cover a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly mist it with cooking spray.

Next, arrange the frozen okra and onion on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Drizzle a moderate amount of canola oil over them to prevent sticking.
