- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 14 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup tahini

Preheat your oven to 355 degrees Fahrenheit, or 180 degrees Celsius.

Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent cookies from sticking.

Mix together flour, sugar, and baking powder in a large bowl. Add the butter and tahini to the mixture and combine until you achieve a crumbly texture.

Use your hands to shape the dough into small balls, which you can then flatten slightly using your palms.

Arrange the flattened cookie shapes on the prepared baking sheet, pressing each one gently with a fork to create a textured surface.

Place the baking sheet on the middle rack of your oven and bake until the cookies are golden brown, taking around 10 minutes.
