Combine flour, salt, and water in a large bowl, stirring until a cohesive dough forms. Transfer the dough to a lightly dusted surface and give it a quick kneading session. Divide the dough into 2-inch diameter spheres, then cover them with a damp cloth or plastic wrap to maintain humidity.

Choose one of the dough spheres and stretch it out into a very thin circle without tearing. Lightly dust the dough with sugar, making sure to cover it evenly. Fold the dough into a small square shape and then roll it out again until it's thin and pliable.

Preheat a lightly oiled griddle over medium heat. Place the rolled dough onto the pan and cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute on each side, or until it's golden brown. Serve the cooked dough immediately and repeat the process until all the dough spheres have been rolled, dusted, and cooked.
