- 2 quarts rice milk

Heat the water, sugar, and cinnamon in a saucepan on medium heat. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally until the sugar is fully incorporated and the liquid is smooth, approximately 5 minutes. Permit the mixture to relax for a short period of time, about 10 minutes.
