- 6 cups brewed black tea
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 4 teaspoons white sugar, or to taste

Boil water in a large container, then add the tapioca pearls and cover it with a lid. Lower the heat to a lower medium setting and let it gently simmer for 5 minutes, allowing the pearls to cook. Remove the pearls from the pot with a slotted spoon and set them aside for now.

In a separate container, combine brewed tea, sweetened condensed milk, and granulated sugar. Stir the mixture until the sugar is fully dissolved, creating a smooth consistency. Place the container in the refrigerator to chill for about an hour.

Spoon the cooked tapioca pearls into 4 large glasses, filling each one with approximately 2 tablespoons of the pearls. Fill the rest of each glass with the chilled tea mixture, followed by a generous amount of ice to chill and serve.
