  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk, divided
  • 1/4 cup beef drippings, divided

Combine eggs in a blender and process until they become light and fluffy, approximately 2 to 3 minutes.

Combine flour and salt in a bowl and whisk until well combined, then add the mixture to the blender. Add 1/4 cup of milk and blend until a smooth consistency is achieved, taking about 1 minute. Stop the blender and scrape down any remaining batter from the sides of the container before adding the remaining 3/4 cup of milk. Blend until smooth once more, taking about 2 to 3 minutes.

Place the batter in the refrigerator for a period of time ranging from 1 to 2 hours before proceeding with cooking.

Preheat the oven to a high temperature of 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).

Divide beef drippings evenly among six muffin cups in a 12-cup muffin pan. Place the muffin pan into the preheating oven and allow it to heat up until the drippings are extremely hot.
