  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Combine flour, milk, eggs, and salt in a blender. Utilize a spatula to thoroughly mix the ingredients until the flour is evenly moistened and free from sticking to the edges of the blender.

Heat butter over medium heat in a crepe pan or frying pan. Melt the butter using this method to create a smooth, even surface.

Blend the flour mixture on low speed and then gradually add in the melted butter. Reattach the frying pan to the stovetop and increase the blender speed to high to thoroughly eliminate any lumps, taking approximately 2-3 seconds.

Carefully lift the hot pan from the burner and pour in a small amount of batter quickly while rotating the pan in a circular motion to cover the entire bottom surface. Return any excess batter to the blender and use the spatula to scrape off any remaining batter from the lip of the pan before placing it back onto the stove.

Rinse off any partly-cooked lumps on the spatula before using it again to ensure smooth crepe formation.

Cook the crepe over medium heat, monitoring its progress frequently until the bottom is a light, even brown color, taking around 1-2 minutes. Flip the crepe over carefully and cook for an additional minute, taking care not to overcook it. Transfer the crepe to a serving plate and repeat this process with the remaining batter.
