Ingredients
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 5 pounds chicken wings, cut into thirds and tips discarded

Combine brown sugar, mustard, and soy sauce in a bowl. Reserve 1/4 cup of the mixture and refrigerate it until required.

Place the remaining marinade into a sealed container. Add chicken wings, coat them with the marinade, remove any air, and seal the container. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

When prepared to cook, heat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Take the wings out of the marinade, shake off any remaining sauce, and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Discard the leftover marinade.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, then baste the wings with the reserved marinade and continue cooking, basting every 10 minutes, until the chicken is no longer pink at the bone and the juices run clear, approximately 30 more minutes. Use a food thermometer to check if the internal temperature reaches at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
