SERVINGS

Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes
- 1 medium yellow onion
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 1/2 cups baby carrots
- 1 (3 pound) beef roast
- 3 cubes beef bouillon
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
1
Acquire all necessary ingredients.
2
Chop potatoes, onions, and celery into substantial pieces; position them at the bottom of a slow cooker alongside baby carrots. Position the roast on top of the vegetables; place three bouillon cubes randomly over the roast and pour in half a cup of water.
3
Seal the container and cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours or on High for 4 to 5 hours. Verify that the internal temperature of the roast reaches 145 degrees F (65 degrees C) using an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the roast.
4
Transfer the roast to a serving platter. Utilize a slotted spoon to remove the vegetables and arrange them around the roast in an appealing manner.
