- 1 pound peeled and deveined medium shrimp
- 1/2 cup Asiago cheese, diced
- 1 large avocado - peeled, pitted and diced

Introduce an onion, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, white wine, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce into the skillet; stir constantly until a mixture of bubbles forms. Elevate the heat to medium-high and incorporate shrimp into the skillet. Stir continuously until the shrimp have turned pink and opaque, roughly 5 minutes.
