Ingredients
- 30 (2 inch) unbaked tart shells
- 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups raisins
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream

Preheat your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit, or 170 degrees Celsius.

Arrange the pre-baked tart shells on a baking sheet in an orderly fashion.

Using a large mixing bowl and an electric mixer, blend together sugar, butter, and eggs until you achieve a smooth consistency.

Add the raisins, walnuts, and cream to the mixture and blend until everything is fully incorporated.

Spoon the batter into the tart shells, leaving about half an inch of space at the top.

Place the tarts in the preheated oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the filling is fully set.
