  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat your oven to a high temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 175 degrees Celsius.

Make sure the baking surfaces are well-coated with a non-stick substance and lightly dusted with flour to prevent the cakes from sticking.

Mix together sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl until well combined. Create a small indentation in the center of the mixture.
