- 3/4 cup brown rice syrup
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups oats, or more to taste
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup unsweetened flaked coconut

Combine the brown rice syrup and coconut oil in a saucepan over medium heat, where they will come into contact with the warmth. Allow them to interact and transform together until they reach a state of complete melting and boiling, taking approximately 3 to 4 minutes. Take the saucepan off the heat source.

Add peanut butter and vanilla extract to the syrup mixture, blending them harmoniously until a uniform consistency is achieved. Introduce oats, raisins, and shredded coconut into the mixture, ensuring they are fully incorporated and well combined. Place the refrigerated mixture in a cool environment until it has cooled down, with a minimum duration of 30 minutes.

Shape the cooled mixture into small, rounded clusters. Place these clusters in a freezer where they will undergo a process of solidification, taking at least 1 hour to set.
