Ingredients
- 10 skinless chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup liquid honey
- 1/4 cup prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
Instructions
1
Preheat your oven to a medium-high temperature of 375 degrees Fahrenheit, which is equivalent to 190 degrees Celsius.
2
Arrange the chicken thighs in a single layer and press them firmly into a rectangular baking dish, making sure they are flat and even.
3
In a separate container, whisk together honey, mustard, curry powder, and salt until well combined. Pour this mixture over the chicken thighs, ensuring they are fully coated.
4
Sprinkle a few sprigs of fresh tarragon leaves evenly over the top of the chicken to add flavor and aroma.
5
Place the baking dish in your preheated oven, leaving it uncovered, and every 10-15 minutes or so, use a spoon to baste the chicken with the honey-mustard sauce that has accumulated on its surface.
6
Continue baking until the thickest part of the chicken is no longer pink and the juices flowing from it are clear, taking approximately 50 minutes in total.
7
For added assurance, insert an instant-read thermometer into the thickest part of the chicken and wait for it to reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit, which is equivalent to 74 degrees Celsius.
