In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil and then reduce the heat to a low simmer, cooking chicken breasts for approximately 7 to 10 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit and are fully cooked. Remove from heat, drain the water, cool down, and tear the chicken into small, bite-sized pieces using a fork.

In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, chutney, curry powder, and a pinch of pepper until well combined. Add the cooked chicken, chopped pecans, grapes, and onions to the bowl and stir until everything is fully incorporated. Refrigerate until chilled.
