  • 2 (10.5 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 (3 pound) cooked rotisserie chicken, meat removed from bones and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crushed corn flakes cereal
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds

Apply a non-stick coating to a rectangular baking dish measuring 9 inches in length and 13 inches in width using cooking spray.

Place broccoli into a microwave-safe container with 2 tablespoons of water. Cover the container and heat it in the microwave on maximum power until the broccoli is steaming vigorously and has turned a vibrant green color, taking approximately 2 to 3 minutes.
