Cucumber Egg Salad Mix

  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 small seedless cucumbers
  • 4 small dill pickles
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

Submerge eggs in a saucepan and envelop them entirely with cold water; initiate boiling. Cover, withdraw from heat, and allow to sit for 10 to 12 minutes. Drain eggs into a colander and rinse under cold water to chill.

Remove the shells from the eggs and cut them into smaller pieces. Slice cucumbers and pickles.

Mix eggs, sliced cucumbers, pickles, and mayonnaise in a bowl until everything is thoroughly combined. Cover the bowl and refrigerate until chilled, approximately 1 hour.
