- 4 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 (19 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (32 ounce) package frozen potato rounds

Preheat your oven to a medium-high heat setting of 375 degrees Fahrenheit, or equivalently, 190 degrees Celsius.

Next, take a 9x13-inch glass baking dish and give it a light coating of cooking spray to prevent sticking.

Now, place the ground beef at the bottom of the dish, spreading it evenly to cover the entire surface. Use your fingers or a utensil to gently press the beef down, ensuring it's evenly distributed.

Add a layer of sliced onions on top of the ground beef.

Then, add a layer of frozen mixed vegetables on top of the onions.

Follow that by pouring an entire can of soup over the frozen vegetables. Use a spatula to spread it evenly and cover every area.

Add another layer of tater tots on top, making sure to cover the entire surface with them.

Finally, place your dish in the preheated oven and bake for 1 hour. Check on it after 30 minutes to see if the tots are getting too dark, and if so, reduce the heat to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
