  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 10 chicken tenders
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Preheat your oven to the desired temperature of 375 degrees Fahrenheit or 190 degrees Celsius.

Take an egg and beat it in a shallow dish. In another container, combine cornstarch and garlic salt.

Dip your chicken into the beaten egg mixture, making sure to remove any excess. Then, place the chicken into a bag containing the cornstarch mixture and seal it.
